Many campsites will offer discounts to large groups who wish to stay at their site. So designate someone to call around and see what the best deal is for everyone’s money. Each company should also have someone in charge of all of the details. You need to make sure that you have enough tents, decide on sleeping arrangements, pack enough food, and some fun entertainment while out there.
