What your employees wear while in the office is one thing and what they wear outside of work is another. If you are a corporation, most employees wear more formal corporate clothing during work hours and most likely wear jeans and a t-shirt outside of work.

Casual Fridays

Casual Fridays are great for almost any business. By that time of the week employees are usually counting down the hours until they can relax on the weekend. So why not allow a casual Friday? Better yet, purchase some shirts and yoga pants with the company’s name or logo on them. Then give these out to all of the staff. You could even give them the opportunity to get their name put on them as well, like your high school graduation pants.

Outside of Workcasual friday

When you give employees free clothing with the company’s name on it they can be used to advertise. Yoga pants are definitely popular right now. If your employees are into fitness or just like how comfortable they are, they will most likely wear them outside of the office to work out or run errands.
