Elements of Clothing Design

Included within all our bespoke clothing are the following design elements

All garments can be fully pantone or colour matched in line with your corporate image and branding. Why have your clothing in colours that are close to yours when you can have them matching exactly?

Garmetns will incorporate a full colour neck label and neck tape – branding the garment as your own rather than someone else’s. This improves presentation and image.

Your logo can be incorporated into the garments design in a number of ways. Our embroidery quality is second to none and utilizes Tajima thread, which is globally accepted as the best available.  In addition to embroidery we also offer:

- Printing, Puff Printing, Flagging (woven labels that can be attached around the garment – usually on the side of shirts or fleeces or on the cuffs.

- Silicon or Rubber Badges – a recently new innovation that offers excellent detail especially for logos that are required very small where embroidery wont work well.

- Rubber Zip Pulls – each zip pull can incorporate your full colour logo in excellent detail.

- Pantone matched Buttons – even the buttons on our shirts can match your corporate guidelines and include a basic logo or text.

The order process

1. You send us your logo together with pantone references – preferably in either .eps or .pdf format – and tell us what type of clothing your interested in and what its primary use will be.

2. We will than design your garment or clothing range with various options. The minimum order quantity for colour matched garments is just 125 units (split over sizes), although we can manufacture in stock colours for Polo shirts, T-shirts and Fleeces on orders of just 50 units! Our bespoke Jackets are available for orders of 250 units and over.

3. You can then ask for amendments until you’re totally happy with the designs.

4. We will then offer a competitive quotation based on your exact requirements.

5. We will then produce a pre-production sample for approval together with colour swatches. This ensures that garment design, production, logo and brand replication are correct and the colour swatches ensure the colours will match perfectly.

6. Once everything is approved we will ask for a small deposit, which will enable us to commence production (usually 30%).

7. We will then produce a sealed sample for final approval.

8. Once approved, full production will be completed.
